Commercial cleaning company looking for experienced commercial cleaning services. We service many commercial business throughout Mid - Central Florida. Currently looking to fill janitorial openings in Groveland. Pay Rate: $11-$13 per hour. 5+ hours per week. Job Details: Commercial & Residential Cleaning Schedule: Must be available 6 days per week morning and evening shifts available. Job Specific Duties: Dusting, Vacuuming, Mopping, Removing trash, Cleaning of Windows, Cleaning of Surfaces, Cleaning of Restrooms, and other misc tasks. Requirements: Must be RELIABLE. Have transportation to and from each job location. Must have the ability to work alone and take responsibility. 2+ years experience is a plus, but willing to train a quick detail-oriented learner. A background in cleaning or maintaining floors is a great bonus. Have a smartphone. Minor lifting, bending, etc, Lifting/caring up to 20lbs Ability to use a backpack vacuum approximately 10 pounds. Paid $11-$13 per hour. Ability to grow with the company! Initially hired as a 1099 employee/ independent contractor with the possibility to grow into full-time employment in the very near future if desired. Paid twice per month 3rd & 17th.
