iSpec llc is seeking skilled/general laborers with carpentry knowledge. Ideal candidates will have experience in windows and door, framing, drywall, painting, roofing, rough and finish carpentry. Background in residential remodeling will be helpful as the majority of our work is in newer and older homes. Compensation will be based on experience but if you are able to lead a crew, be reliable, and efficient that has added value and we will compensate for it. To be considered: Qualified candidates must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects. Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs. Must have a valid drivers license, and able to work outside. Punctuality and promptness is expected.
