Stop Pet Overpopulation Today (SPOT) a small, local all-volunteer 501( c)(3) charity raises funds to provide spay/neuter vouchers for low income dog owners in Lane and surrounding counties. We have funded over 6,000 fixes at local vet clinics and dramatically reduced local pet overpopulation. We seek a part time experienced, very organized bookkeeper/finance manager to work from home a few hours a month managing simple books (no payroll or taxes) using Quickbooks to manage our on line banking, reconcile billings from simple google sheets, prepare budgets and quarterly reports for the board, gather stats and financial information for our grant writer, handle a few state and federal annual reports and assist with financial aspects of various fundraising efforts. Excellent communication skills, committed follow through and impeccable references are key qualities we need! And of course, passion for our mission would be wonderful!
