Local property maintenance company looking to hire a Full-Time maintenance technician with plumbing, electrical and carpentry. This job would entail working in occupied,tenanted rental units throughout the City of Rochester. Qualifications: -Reliable transportation to and from work. Service (plumbing and electrical) will be provided a work van. -Previous experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry. This would include being able to install kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, toilets, tub surrounds, GFI'S, light fixtures, receptacles,etc. -Ability to lift 50 pounds. -Valid NYS Driver's License- must be furnished at start of position. -Ability to handle difficult situations, if they arise. -Self motivator and able to take direction.
