Our team is recruiting for marketing event staff to represent our dive shop at marketing events in the Tampa/Brandon area. The marketing event staff will engage with the public at events in the Tampa Bay area already scheduled in advance. The event staff will attend evening and weekend events, typically 2-3 hours per event. Some may be longer. You will wear our team apparel, give away marketing/promotional materials, and talk about scuba and our dive shop to people who visit our table. The event staff will set up and break down tents, table, and banners if necessary, before and after each event. You will be trained on how we would like you to engage potential customers. Qualifications and Skill Requirements: Scuba certified, or knowledgeable about scuba diving. Willing to train those with drive and ambition. Outgoing personality, self-motivated, strong work ethic. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Have a valid driver license and reliable transportation. Part-time position but could grow into full time position. This is a great position for college students pursuing marketing and PR degrees. Also great opportunity for the avid diver that would love to introduce new divers to the sport.
