We are hiring Janitors to join our team! Two Full-Time positions are available. Evening Shift Janitor: Monday – Friday 3:30PM to 12:00AM. Morning Shift Day Porter/Cleaner: Monday – Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM These position pay $13.50/per hour based on experience. We are looking for a responsible candidate who can work well with a team, or on their own. Duties include but are not limited to the following: • Clean and Maintain Restrooms • Clean break rooms • Wash Windows – inside and out • Vacuum/sweep/mop floors • Clean and sanitize doorknobs, baseboards, doors and walls • Dust and Windex all offices, conference rooms, lobby and work stations • Dust blinds in offices and lobby, as needed • Empty trash and place in dumpster • Maintain organization of cleaning chemicals and supplies Job Requirements: • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks. • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time. • Ability to be self-motivated. • Schedule flexibility. • Good verbal communication skills. • Ability to work alone or with a team. • Familiarity with hand tools a plus NTC will offer the following benefits: Insurance after 60 days of employment (Health, Dental, Vision, & Life) 7 Paid Holidays after 90 days 401K after 6 months with partial company matching Company Paid Life Insurance PTO begins accruing on the first day of employment, and is available for use after the 90 day employment anniversary. PTO days are accrued as follows: Your first and second year you will accrue 10 days per year. Each year between the 3rd and 9th you will accrue 15 days per year. Each year between the 10th and 19th you will accrue 20 days per year. And from 20 years onward you will accrue 25 days per year. We are a Florida Drug Free workplace.
