We are looking to fill an Apple iPad repair technician position. We are a computer repair company that has been in business for over 10 years. The Apple iPad Technician will be responsible for providing iPad diagnostics and repairs. Responsibilities: • The technician will perform tasks such as diagnosis, repair and maintenance. • Manually examine and repair iPad hardware and peripheral components. • Troubleshoot iPads both hardware and software. • Take apart and re-assemble iPad components and parts. • Analyze failed equipment according to established methods or procedures and determine whether equipment is repairable. • Resolve hardware technical issues within time schedule and provide the break/fix solution using established methods. • Work closely with support staff and other techs to produce best possible repair solution. Other Personal Skills Required for Apple iPad Repair: • Organization and Prioritization - This job requires the ability to clearly organize and categorize work priorities to complete your work. • Critical analysis and complex problem solving - This job requires the ability to critically examine complex problems by analyzing information to effect a solution. Education and Experience: • Should have working knowledge of all makes and models of Apple iPads • 1+ years of Apple iPad repair experience • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. • Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully
