Local apartment complex looking for a part time cleaner for common areas of 15 buildings. Duties include vacuuming 3 levels including stairs, cleaning of laundry rooms to include wiping down and dusting behind appliances, mopping floors, cleaning sinks and dumping of trash cans, dusting hand rails, mailboxes, floor moldings as needed and cleaning entrance door and 2nd floor windows. 20 hours per week, salary DOE. Company provides all cleaning supplies and training. Must be willing to work 5 days for 4 hours/day. Applicant would need reliable transportation and current drivers license and be willing to have a background check done.
