We are hiring for experienced Crew Lead position. Requirements: * Must have valid and clean (for insurance purposes) O.D.L. to drive company vehicles. * Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English (for daily instruction) * Must be responsible, dependable, and have a good work ethic, if you don't have this you will not last with us. * Experience in landscape field or landscape maintenance is required for top pay. Job duties: * Be able to operate all equipment safely. Equipment includes mowers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, various hand tools, sometimes alone. * Follow oral or written instructions to run crew and daily route * Be able to work in various weather conditions. * Must have good eye for detail. * Manage work schedule. Work safely and efficiently on team or alone. * Be able to pass background check and have clean driving record for insurance purposes. * Be able to drive truck and trailer (for Crew lead position) On landscape side we run a compressed work week Mon. through Thursday, on average 40+ hour weeks. Lots of Overtime available from May through November. There is also an opportunity to pick up overtime hours and to learn other business. This is a full time position.
