Industrial Electric Motor Company located in Signal Hill, CA is looking to hire a delivery driver with a Class C driver's license. Applicant must have a good attitude that is self-motivated, dependable and punctual.
This position is a full time position with set hours of 7:00 - 3:30 Monday - Friday (some weekends and overtime are required)
Driver is on 24 hour call for emergency pick- ups.
Bilingual is a plus (English is a must)
Good driving record is a must
Experience with using a GPS
Individual must provide documentation to work in the USA
Experience driving, loading and securing heavy loads on flatbed trucks, (2) two years minimum experience.
Driver will be responsible for... picking up and delivering electric motors, materials and other related apparatus as well as overseeing the maintenance of each truck in our fleet.
Climbing and physical work is a requirement in this position so applicant needs to be in good physical condition
Knowledge working with forklifts and cranes
Experience working with tie downs and chains
Hourly wage is dependent upon experience. This position offers vacation, holiday, sick leave benefits, profit sharing and medical insurance contribution.
