Part time grounds person needed in Brentwood & Beverly Hills

We’re looking for a reliable, responsible, dog friendly individual with initiative to work at two separate private homes, one in Beverly Hills and the other in Brentwood. As grounds person, you’re responsible for ensuring that the exterior areas of the property are kept clean, presentable and in good shape. Your duties will cover maintenance of the following areas: Area directly in front of property Driveway, pedestrian and side gates Garage interior Washing homeowner's cars Trash area Exterior furniture/umbrellas, patios, outside kitchen, pool equipment area Storage room Rooftop deck Balconies Assisting housekeeper with heavy lifting Any handyman repairs within your scope of expertise This position is part time between two homes, one in Beverly Hills and the other in Brentwood, and the hours will total approx.16 per week. Previous experience working in a private household is preferred. The successful applicant must be fluent in English, and be prepared to submit to a background check and have reliable transportation.
