GREAT OPPORTUNITIES WITH QUICK STARTS TO WORK FOR AN ESSENTIAL AND EXCELLENT COMPANY - Please look below & CALL FOR DETAILS!!!! **Please submit resume and call Liz @ 951-526-9402 WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPENINGS & Shifts: **These are all 4/10's (work M-TH, 10 hr. days) **Must be able to pass background 1) Production Machine Operator (ELAM-3 positions) 3:00PM – 1:30AM 2) Gel Mixing Operator 4:30PM – 3:00AM 3) Gel Operator or Helper 1:30PM – 12:00AM 4) QA Inspector 3:00PM – 1:30AM 5) Assemblers - Entry level 5:00AM - 3:30 PM & 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM 6) Maintenance Tech 4:30PM – 3:00AM QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three months to a year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Ability to read and interpret documents (such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals) and ability to write and complete routine reports and simple correspondence • Able to apply basic concepts of math (add, subtract, multiply and divide, weights and measures) • Ability to apply common sense, understand written or oral instructions, the importance of quality, safety, and customer service • Some laboratory experiences preferred • Must be able to stand throughout the day • Good vision, depth perception, hearing, and speech. • Able to Lift up to 40 pounds (up to 5 feet high) 3 times a day • Must have no known allergic reactions or sensitivity to chemicals, dust, and fumes 1) Production Operator - ($14.00) • Start up production machinery after visual inspection and set up • Assure correct materials are set up and all required materials are in inventory • Match documentation (work order) to material and complete material log • Inspect and observe machine to assure proper operation on a continuous basis • Use work instruction and check off list during process inspections 2) Mixing Operator - ($16.00) • Utilizing detailed batch records, mix various chemicals to produce solutions • Weigh chemical raw materials and take precise measurements using beakers and gram scales, PH meters, and temperature meters • Report any inconsistency or non-conforming product to lead immediately • Perform in-process testing as directed and maintain accurate records and documentation for both verification and inventory purposes • Maintain inventory control and electronic transactions • Transport chemicals and solutions by hand and with a motorized forklift • Keep accurate records for both verification and inventory purposes • Clean and prep precision mixing equipment and all stainless-steel mixing containers • Perform shift pass down with co-workers on opposite shift, as necessary 3) Gel Operator - ($16.00) • Set up and operate gel casting machines • Monitor and adjust processes as necessary to ensure gel quality • Report any inconsistency or non-conforming product to manager immediately • Responsible for material handling, labeling, and storing of gels made • Perform in-process testing as directed and maintains records and documentation • Maintain inventory control and electronic transactions • Weigh chemical raw materials. 4) Quality Assurance Inspector – ($15.50) • Maintain quality standards of manufacturing process and of all finished electrodes • Compile and evaluate statistical data to determine quality and reliability • Select products for testing at specified stages in production process, and test products for variety of qualities • Maintain quality control records as required • Perform incoming inspection per established requirements • Initiate action to prevent occurrence of product nonconformity and recommend solutions • Verify implementation of solutions accepted • Control further production of non-conforming product until deficiencies or unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected 5) ASSEMBLERS - ($14-14.50/hr. + OT) • Maintain quality standards for final assembly of products • Use verbal and written instructions, diagrams and samples to assemble electrodes to specifications of each order • Check components during the assembly process (inspect for non-conformities such as bad diameters, lumps, and frayed strips) • Report all assembly that appears not to meet quality standard to supervisor • Comply with AMC policies, work rules, and safety regulations • Report any unsafe condition immediately to supervisor • Participate in safety exercise program • Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Ability to read and interpret documents (such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals) and ability to write and complete routine reports and simple correspondence - Ability to apply basic concepts of math (add, subtract, multiply and divide) - Ability to arrive on time, perform all duties, and stand for 8-10 hours a day if necessary. 6) Maintenance Mechanic Tech - ($25.00) Use electrical schematic and mechanical drawings, instructions, and multi-meter tool to repair manufacturing equipment • Ensure that all safety equipment is in the proper place and working properly • Revise documents and specifications if necessary, to ensure accuracy • Devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components or assemblies for manufacturing machines • Install manufacturing equipment and machinery • Prepare purchase requisitions for repair parts needed to support manufacturing equipment • Perform measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, operator safety and quality of product • Review engineering project instructions and blueprints to ascertain test specifications, procedures, objectives, test equipment, nature of technical problems and possible solutions (such as part redesign, substitution of material or parts, or rearrangement of parts or subassemblies) • Arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards • Recommend design modifications as required • Perform all other duties as assigned including proper Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) of equipment when required Qualification Requirements: • Must be able to perform each duty outlined above and possess the education, skills, and abilities described in this job description • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents (such as mechanical and electrical drawings, scientific and technical journals and/or procedures, and AMC policy and regulation) and ability to respond effectively to inquiries • Ability to apply basic concepts of math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using weights, measures, and percentages • Able to identify problems, review relevant information to evaluate options, develop solutions and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
