Pacific Street #116, San Marcos CA 92078 Job Description Summary: To work in the production line packaging pastries and baked products into their final packaging components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Clean trays, table, and other materials for packaging area • Inspect for any product that may be damaged • Carefully package items into correct boxes • Sanitize Food Contact equipment before use • Completing the production, receiving, shipping records as applicable • Use adequate gowning and PPE as required Educational Qualification: • High School/GED or equivalent Required Skills / Experience: • Ability to work under minimum supervision • Ability to follow safety standards and regulations • Attention to detail Work Environment: • The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
