Dress Code: All employees are required to be wearing Company T-shirts / Uniform. On the job: Required that job site be clean at all times. Required that job site be secured at all times. Quality of work should be at or above industry standards at all times. All employees are required to wear booties & lay floor protection leading to all work areas. Professionalism as what we’re striving for here. Work orders / scope of work. More than 80% of the jobs you’re going to be working on will be at piecework rate. You should have a full piecework scope in your hand before starting any project. As a field technician you are required to fully understand your piecework scope and make sure you prep yourself and whatever teammate you have working with you to ensure the project goes efficiently and swiftly. (This is mutually beneficial because the faster and more efficient you are on the job the more money you make.) If at any time you feel like your piecework scope is missing critical items or is undervalued, please redline the scope with notes and report to your project manager and/or estimator with regards to what you see that is missing. This is mutually beneficial for the company because we can bill for this work and in return you get paid more for the additional work. Pictures It is required that you take progress photos and overview photos of your work throughout the project. Label them and enter them into your dash job file. Also be sure to take pictures of any damages that are not related to our area of work. POD pre-existing damages. (For additional information on this please contact your direct manager and or HCM.) Communication Daily communication with your project manager & project coordinator is a requirement. Compensation DOE
