Sound Bath is a Deeply Immersive full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful energetic shifts This is a one hour calming meditative event where participants will be laying down while Singing Crystal Sound bowls are played. At conclusion you will be served a calming hot tea blend and assorted chocolate truffles (all packaged to go). Please arrive 10 minutes early in order to get settled. You will be lying on the floor, at minimum you will need a blanket and yoga mat. I advise thick and warm, you want to be comfortable :) Phones on silent and vibrate function off, Free eye coverings will be offered.There will be a contactless temperature scanner and hand sanitzer on entry. Please wear your mask, particiants will be spaced safely.We will conclude with a few minutes of rest in silence and return to clarity while tea is heated. Everyones experience is different, you may fall asleep, you may feel more grounded, inspired, or any combination of elevated emotions.
