It's that easy! The Catch: You and 5-10 people of your choosing form a team. Your team will run from your F45 Fells Point Studio to CharmCityRun and then LUNGE from CharmCityRun back to the F45 Fells Point studio! The Deets: You will lunge walk forward (one lunge/ leg), then your team member(s) will take turns picking up the lunge walk where you left off, until your team collectively covers enough ground to make it all the way back to the F45 Fells Point Studio where you started! The more people on your team, the less lunges you have to do, so start gathering your teams now!
