Apartment community in Winder, GA is looking for an organized and customer friendly service person. HVAC certification and CPO license is encouraged, but not required. Must be competent in basic electrical, basic plumbing, appliance repair and carpentry. Must be willing to handle all daily duties of the community which include light janitorial, minor landscaping and resident work orders. Very friendly work team awaits a new organized team member. Very competitive hourly pay, full benefits with 401k and a traditional corporate match. Hours for the position are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with some on call emergencies.
