At BMC, the dedicated Warranty Service Technician is a valuable part of ensuring our customers' satisfaction with the highest degree of integrity and quality, as they provide service, repairing and installing building materials. Major Responsibilities: *Follows instructions from field supervisor regarding installation and/or repair of building materials. *Works with other service technicians to install and/or repair building materials products such as doors, windows, trim, hardware or other millwork products as assigned and trained. *Follows manufacturer directions and warranty requirements when installing products. *Operates all equipment in safe and responsible manner. *Follows all company policies and procedures. *Provides quality customer service. *Attends all training to learn new technology of building materials and installation methods as required by location management. *Other duties as assigned by location management. *Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise. Required Skills: *Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED. *Read and use a measuring tape and other basic tools. *Good interpersonal skills. *Ability to follow detailed instructions. *Must Maintain a valid class C Driver’s license.
