Super needed for 2 properties in paterson. Only a few minutes from each other. A 2 family and a 3 family.
Must have a car
Duties Include:
-Garbage weekly
-Basic sweeping and mopping twice monthly
-Snow removal as needed
Other services would pay for seperately so ideal person would know plumbing, electric, and general repairs.
Bi-lingual preferred. English/Spanish
