Pool Cleaning Technician Are you looking for a great opportunity with a growing company? Are you hardworking and reliable? Do you like working outside (not in an office)? If you answered YES, we want you to join our team!  We are looking to hire a trustworthy and reliable pool cleaning technician. As a pool cleaning technician, you will be responsible for completing a weekly swimming pool route that requires: Driving the company vehicle to the customer’s location Greeting and chatting with customers if you see them  Cleaning the customers swimming pool & testing and balancing the pool water  Reporting customer service requirements to management Maintaining equipment and chemical stock levels in the vehicle Using a smart phone for our mobile application On average the route will take ~35 hours per week (although any given week can range from 32 to 40 hours) and runs Monday through Friday. No weekend or night work required. Role Requirements The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors in the Florida weather (heat and rain included). They will be a self- starter who can work independently and is detail oriented. We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Are honest, trustworthy, respectful and accountable  Can communicate clearly with customers and other employees Are reliable and able to make it to work every day  Have a valid driver’s license & clean driving record  Caribbean Clear is a drug-free workplace and background screening and drug testing will be required before employment.  Can work outside in all Florida weather conditions (heat, rain, etc) and lift 50+ pounds Preferred Experience We prefer candidates with some or all the following skills however, we will provide paid training for qualified candidates At least one-year of experience servicing residential pools Knowledge of pool equipment and valves, salt systems, how to test and balance chemicals, how to clean and vacuum pools Pool certifications or special training (e.g., CPO license) Benefits $120 - $140+ per day based on experience and number of pools serviced  Earn up to $250+ in monthly bonuses based on individual and team performance Customer Tips  2-week paid training & onboarding  Holiday pay and vacation pay after qualifying period  Opportunity to earn paid certifications (e.g., CPO license) Company truck, gas, equipment and uniform are provided
