Looking for general help around two large properties. Basic knowledge of hand power tools etc. helpful. Painting, landscaping, trimming, building maintenance and other items necessary to keep homes in good condition. Approx 20 hrs per week or more. No heavy lifting. Suitable for male or female, college students, anyone that wants to work outside and supplement income. Must be dependable, drug free, non-smoking and no criminal history. Don't need a resume, just tell me what you can do and why I should hire you and trust you with my property.
