I am looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance/Groundskeeper. This is a full time position at my personal residence. I am looking for someone who has all around experience handling exterior and interior maintenance. The job duties would include, but not limited to, walking the grounds twice a day for inspections, maintaining pools, ponds, and fountains, any needed repairs around the exterior/interior of property, hanging pictures, moving furniture if needed, painting, pressure washing, minor plumbing and electrical, AC maintenance, weed control, trimming palm trees, mulching, maintaining irrigation system, and any other jobs or projects I have.
