Seeking an experienced handyman / Superintendent for a residential building in Brooklyn. Individual must be familiar with most skilled trades with an emphasis in plumbing. Ability to hand shovel snow (emergency weekends, evenings and holidays when needed), Job also regularly requires the lifting of heavy objects such as appliances, furniture and building material. Plumbing: medium level to advanced level Connecting sinks, toilets, faucets and shower bodies Repair & replace fixtures: flushometers, toilets, leaky washers & drain pipes Clear clogged sinks/toilets/tubs Connect stoves/dishwasher (appliances) Electrical: basic level Replace light fixtures, switches, trouble shoot electric short Carpentry: basic level Plaster/compound and paint (general ability) Replace lockset Tile using vinyl tile Tile walls/floor with ceramic tile
