Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Maintenance Worker's duties include: Maintains, cleans, repairs and ensures the safety of the building as instructed by the Director of Operations. Mops, cleans, strips, and buffs floors as scheduled. Provides facility with consistent assessment of maintenance needs. Maintains all aspects of the physical facility in proper order as well as coordinates with the Director of Operations to develop a preventative maintenance plan. Paints, changes light bulbs, and performs minor repairs. Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Some formal training in building maintenance/construction or experience Sensitivity and patience in working with homeless and mentally ill people. Good verbal and written communication skills. We will be doing a drug test and background check
