We are looking for a maintenance worker for a 150 unit residential apartment building in Staten Island. You must be able to do light plumbing, light electrical, painting, plastering, and other maintenance odds and ends.
The building is across from Silver Lake Park. Only applicants who live nearby the building in Staten Island will be considered.
Pay is $15 per hour from 8 am - 4 pm with paid lunch.
