Auto Pros Service Center is looking for a FT Automotive Service Technician for a busy 9 bay shop in Goddard, KS. Auto Pros Service Center performs quick lube, tires, brakes, front end repair and alignment services, diagnotics as well as general repair on a variety of makes. We are open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. NO WEEKENDS!! This position is paid based on the hours flagged by the Service Technician with a performance based bonus structure. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Performs work specified on repair orders • Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with industry standards. • Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair. • Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended. • Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time. • Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order. • Keep shop area neat and clean. • Other Duties as assigned. • Must be able to lift 25lbs or more. Experience Requirements • 2 years of automotive service/repair experience required Education / Certifications / Licensures Requirements • High School Diploma or GED, required • Automotive training preferred • Valid Driver’s License, Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record as outlined by company policy Apply today in person at: 19944 W.
