Work Closely with management staff and Executive Director to help evaluate and find solutions to routine maintenance needs.
Be familiar with life safety and operational systems within the community.
Assist with fire and life safety training and drills
Maintain all electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment.
Ensure 24-hour response/repair time for all daily maintenance requests.
Minor repairs and painting
Train and supervise housekeeping staff
Meet and greet visitors
Provide excellent inside and outside customer service
