The Himalayan Singing Bowls are crafted with seven metals especially designed to bring the mind, body and soul into harmony. The soothing sound from these bowls takes us into a deep meditative state. The resonance of these bowls penetrates us on a cellular level. The frequency or vibration of each of these bowls correspond to each of the seven major chakras (energy centers) in the body.
