ABOUT THE JOB: The Epoxy Installer must be able to demonstrate knowledge and installation experience in all aspects of epoxy flooring from surface prep, cleaning, priming and coatings. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Loading and unloading work trucks to include cleaning of equipment and organization. *Set-up mixing area, organize product and mix material to precise measurement, tracking usage when complete. *Floor prep hand grinding, vacuuming, sweeping, joint filling and general clean-up *Work well by self and have accountability on finished items PERKS: *Medical, Dental,Vision, LTD, STD, Basic Life, Voluntary Insurance, Employee Assistance Program and Flexible Spending Accounts offered after 90 days of employment *401K With Match offered after 6 months of employment *Business Casual Attire *Weekly Pay *Paid Holidays *Paid Vacation QUALIFICATIONS: *High School Diploma or GED *Valid Driver’s license *Prior experience as an epoxy installer *Building and construction – knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the installation of resinous flooring. *Mechanical-Knowledge of machines and hand tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. *Customer and Personal Service- Ability to interact with customers/ construction foreman, communicating with them while on job site providing customer satisfaction. *Problem solving - Ability to provide solutions in the field in order to complete projects in a timely fashion. *Mathematics- ability to measure and work with ratios within precise limits. *Team Player-must be able to work with others in order to achieve results in an efficient manner. *Mechanical background, with the ability to call manufacture of the equipment to be fixed and problem solve on the go. *Customer service experience with ordering parts and dealing with vendors. *Basic computer skills to pull schematics off online and fix broken down equipment
