Looking for a hard working, self starting individual with entrepreneurial drive and a desire to learn the building trade as well as other home maintenance repair skills. Every day is different. A team environment. The job would involve new construction on residential property, as well as some maintenance on existing rental real estate property. Experience is welcome but not completely necessary. Mainly looking for someone with a good work ethic and willingness to learn the construction & home maintenance trade. Tools are provided. Must have your own transportation. Flexible work schedule. Full time hours available. The typical work schedule is 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays. Starting pay will range from $10 to $15 per hour, with a quick pay increase based on productivity, performance, and experience. Must be willing to work outside at all times of the year. Hard work and efficiency will be rewarded. Bonuses are often paid per job when productivity is such that we come in under budget.
