Custom Landscapes is a small and growing landscaping company operating out of Chittenden County. I am seeking a couple of experienced folks to join the team. We do it all including but not limited to lawn mowing, Spring/Fall Cleanups, Hardscapes, Plantings, Fences, and other odd jobs. We always try to emphasize quality while also showing clients that we are working hard. I am looking for people who are hard working, motivated, detail oriented, can work independently and in a team. You need to be honest and reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to do the job right, and also willing to ask for help and be excellent communicators. I would like to find someone to take a lead on hardscape jobs, and someone else who is comfortable bouncing around doing it all. I am willing to train the right individual who can demonstrate their ability to work hard and have the right attitude. Reliable transportation is a must and the ability to drive a truck/trailer is also helpful. This is a good opportunity to join a growing company and learn a lot and not get bored doing the same thing every day. I really strive to create a positive and enjoyable working experience for everyone and expect you to maintain positivity even during a long hot day. We work rain or shine within reason. Compensation is $16-$20/hr depending on experience with room to increase. There will be a end of season bonus for staying through the season. The season will start at the beginning of April and likely go through Thanksgiving. I would love to find people who are interested in staying with the company long term.
