NORTH ANDOVER, MA — The North Andover town census, which is required to remain an active voter, is underway. Filling out the census isn't the only way to become an active voter, but it's the easiest. If you are not a listed active voter, you will have to present ID in order to vote. The census is also used by the town to apply for state and federal grants and by the schools for enrollment projections.
