Ever wanted some tips and tricks to help get more out of your yoga practice with a partner? This is the workshop you've been waiting for!
Through a mix of eye contact, breath connection, physical communication we will move through this two hour practice learning to pick up on the cues of our partners. After a short warm up you will learn basic partner stretching techniques, how to use PNF to help your partner find more depth, and Thai Yoga Massage to help you and your partner develop a greater connection through partner practice
