Position Summary Property Management firm has an immediate opening for a part-time experienced Resident Maintenance Technician. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team and assist with the maintenance of the property. The Resident Property Manager I is required to live on-site. Apartment Included. Responsibilities/Job Duties Clean and maintain property Assist in unit turnovers, painting, cleaning, small repairs, lawn care and other similar types of projects Report maintenance request and repairs Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Prior Experience in Multi-Family Housing is a plus Must be able to efficiently communicate verbally and written Strong customer service skills Can work independently with little supervision Prior experience in conducting unit inspections is a plus Eager, motivated, and willing to learn Required to live on site; apartment factored into your compensation Safety Requirements Required to observe company safety procedures and standards to ensure the safety of co-workers, customers, and oneself.
