Opening Technologies, Inc. is a family-owned and operated commercial door hardware company located in Concord, California. We deliver top-rate service to our customers and are seeking professional associates with strong work ethics who want to grow with our company. All Associates must have high attention to detail, high energy, and a positive attitude. Work week is typically Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm. The Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for managing daily warehouse operations including receiving incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments, preparing packing slips for outbound shipping in QBO, and warehouse inventory management. Occasional delivery of product to customer or job site. Job Duties include: Warehouse shipping, receiving, staging, organization and general clean-up. Check stock of inventory items and places order for restocking. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. Maintains inventory of materials and supplies. Pre-dress shop laborer, as needed. Various other duties as required or requested by management. Qualification for hire: Must be able to lift 100 lbs. Clean Drug screening, DOJ Background and DMV record. Forklift experience preferred. Basic computers skills managing Outlook and spreadsheets.
