We are a commercial Real Estate and Property Management company looking for a maintenance professional with experience performing a variety of electrical, plumbing, and general building repair. Most of our properties are located in Oakland. The right candidate must have the following basic skills: - Electrical: light fixture/ballast replacements - Drywall repairs & painting - HVAC system maintenance - Irrigation system and plumbing repairs - Perform sign installation/change out - Basic experience with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and construction tasks - Janitorial duties - Basic Computer and people skills - Good driver with a clean DMV record and valid insurance - Responsible and reliable - Ability to work independently
