Co., Inc. 1710 Rogers Avenue San Jose, CA 95112 Truck Driver/Shipping & Receiving Clerk/Warehouseman We are a HVAC sheet metal pipes and fittings manufacturer looking for a truck driver/shipping & receiving clerk/warehouseman to deliver our product in the local bay area, work in our shop and/or at our pick-up counter. YOU MUST BRING A CURRENT COPY OF YOUR CLEAN DMV PRINTOUT WHEN YOU APPLY OR YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN AN APPLICATION. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE A CLEAN DMV RECORD. BRING YOUR RESUME, IF YOU HAVE ONE. DUTIES: -Deliver our product to local jobsites and shops in our company’s 26 foot box truck. -Pull orders for customers. -Write up orders for customers. -Keep shop organized and clean. -Load orders onto our delivery truck. -Unload delivery trucks from our suppliers. -Other duties as needed. PAY & WORKING HOURS: Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with periodic increases as dictated by union contract. 7:00 am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday (lunch 12 to 12:30). Medical, Dental & Pension benefits per union contract. EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: - Must have valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record and your own motor vehicle for transportation to and from work. - Must have valid identification and/or documentation for INS screening. - Must be in good physical condition and able to perform repetitive tasks, lift, reach, bend, push/pull, walk, climb stairs, stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, stoop and work with insulation. - Knowledge of basic hand tools and shop equipment would be helpful. - Must speak, understand, read and write in English. Speaking & understanding Spanish would be helpful, but not required. - 120 day probation period. - Steel toe boots required.
