We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex in Santa Rosa, CA. Applicants with 1 year of maintenance experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation will be based on experience. (Work Scheule: Tuesday - Saturday 8am-5pm.) Duties/Responsibilities: Routine Maintenance in the property Complete Work Orders Paint units Unit Turns On-Call schedule rotation required * Full-Time Position *Benefits - vision, heath, & dental *401K Qualifications: 1 year experience in the Maintenance field Must have a valid driver's license Must have good customer service We offer a competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits.
