Looking for EXPERIENCED Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager. Must have a minimum of 5 years working in the landscape industry with 2 years management experience. Job will consist of leading multiple lawn maintenance crews, organizing and managing schedules, interviewing and hiring, overseeing maintenance of trucks and equipment, estimating, budgeting, meeting with clients, etc...Must have knowledge of Florida landscape maintenance business practices (schedules and equipment), must be somewhat mechanical to diagnose equipment, or vehicle issues, must be able to adapt and work with multiple types of personalities, must have good communication skills and follow written directions. Attention to detail is imperative. Must have a good knowledge of plants, trees, and turf. This is a salary position, open availability is required. Must have a clean, valid drivers license.
