Commercial and Residential Foreman needed, manage crew from 2 to 10 individuals, coordinate and schedule irrigation installation, coordinate and schedule landscape installation including: planting, irrigation, hardscape, concrete, and more. Supervise and operate a small to medium size construction equipment. Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish & English), 5+ years construction experience, excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, both writing and verbal, ability to work with limited direct supervision, dependable, punctual, clean driving record/history.
