You are a male that was parked and using a vape. I parked a few spots down from you. Another vehicle came in and parked. He got out and went to the trash can. Shortly after you decided to leave. The other vehicle followed and I did also shortly afterwards. With the luck of the traffic lights I was able to follow. You had parked your car in front of your house. The other vehicle parked in front of you. As I was driving up, he got out and I did not see which house he went into. I parked on the other side of the street and did not see which house he came out of. If I did I would’ve gone up to the door. Tell me some more information so I know it’s you.
