What we offer: COMPREHENSIVE PAID TRAINING: This is not like cleaning your own home. We are going to show you how the pros do it and bring out the professional in YOU! BI-WEEKLY COMPENSATION: Our techs start at $11.00 per hour, increase to $11.25 in 1 month, and regular pay increases every 3 months! And, most clients tip their AWESOME cleaning techs, which is an added bonus. REWARDS PROGRAM: Earn gift cards, special event passes, movie tickets, PAID DAYS OFF and more by just being an AWESOME technician! PAID HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS: Staff working an average of 30 hours or more weekly get paid holidays after 3 months; and those working an average of 35 hours or more weekly get PAID VACATION after one year of continuous service. As long as you’re available mornings and daytime, we can provide you with a schedule that will work with your life! REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE TO USE THROUGHOUT EACH DAY. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND VEHICLE INSURANCE. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 30 POUNDS. MUST BE ABLE TO STAND, BEND, KNEEL, PUSH, PULL AND PERFORM VIGOROUS CLEANING TASKS. MUST HAVE STABLE AND CONSISTENT WORK HISTORY AND EXCELLENT REFERENCES MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED. MUST BE AT LEAST 21, AS REQUIRED BY OUR BUSINESS INSURANCE. MUST WANT TO WORK FOR THE BEST CLEANING SERVICE IN THE SOUTHEAST! MUST BE AWESOME AND HAVE THE DESIRE TO BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE! CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR SAFETY DURING COVID-19? Professional House Cleaning companies are considered “Essential Business” by local, state and federal government. We provide training that will enable to you sanitize and disinfect our clients home, and at the same time protect yourselves. Cleaning Techs are a Level One safe job as compared to a Level 3 (out of 4) Restaurant Worker. What better way to stay safe than to work with disinfectants every day? Aside from the professional training to our techs, here are some of the other things we are doing for your safety: Every tech is required to take their temperatures before entering any home. Masks and disposable gloves are provided and required while in the clients’ homes. Technicians are furnished with high quality color coded microfiber cleaning cloths which are proven to remove 99.97% of all germs, and are also furnished with hospital grade disinfectants. Clients are required to keep at least 6’ distance from our staff and are required to vacate any room while we are cleaning. Clients are expected to cancel service if anyone in the home is sick or has been sick, and we do not clean any homes where there has been any CV19 exposure.
