Do you have experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling? Are you tired of selling and estimating? Well, Reither Construction has a job for you! We are a high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling company that has serviced the Denver Metro Area for over 20 years. We are 100% referral based and the phone won't stop ringing! We are looking for a contractor that is a jack of all trades and is able to run a crew of 2-3 laborers. We are willing to accept entire crews if you already have a crew established. The following individual should have the following: At least 5 years of experience with Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling 3 years of experience overseeing 2-3 laborers Able to operate independently Well versed in Electrical, plumbing, tiling, carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, framing, and painting. Able to interact with customers while maintaining a positive attitude. Possesses required tools/vehicle/trailers. Possesses General Liability Insurance or is able to attain upon gaining employment. Long-term oriented Customer Referral network In return, Reither Construction will ensure you remain employed throughout the entire year. Additionally, there is a potential bonus per job provided the crew completes the job on time, on budget, and provides exceptional work to the customer. Additionally, Reither Construction will provide 1 week paid leave over the summer as well as 1 week paid leave over the Winter (based on crew performance).
