Join us for to support your local first generation farmers & receive a box of fresh produce. Ambrose Community Garden is piloting a, " produce program,” for the residents of Bay Point. This program will allow residents access a full box, of the freshest organic produce from farm-to-family for only $5.00. The Ambrose Community Garden is an organic farm that currently practices hulgektur in raised beds & no till farming. We believe sustainable practices are responsible & help to build a better future. Our goal is to give the community an idea of what a farmer’s market or grocery co-op, could look like in Bay Point. With a population of 25,000 residents, & 2 grocery stores and 10 Liquor Stores in Bay Point, it’s clear that there is a huge fresh food access issue. To bridge this disparity, Ambrose Community Garden volunteers are launching free produce program, that will occur every Saturday from 10:30am-12:00pm at the Ambrose Community Garden. This pilot program will begin in May 2021 and will last for one full month. We are accepting donations!
