Wanting to adopt infant child

Hi everyone, I know this is going to seem weird but I hope not too weird. I have been trying to figure out a way to get my message out to a lot of people; hoping it reach the perfect person as I know there is someone out there that is in a situation. We can both help each other. I have always wanted to adopt (since I was in high school). I am not interested in going through an adoption agency, instead, I want to cross paths with someone who is genuinely considering adoption as an option for their unborn/infant African American child, someone that is interested in a genuine individual such as myself to provide a loving home. Please no judgement or negative comments. There are people out there who are interested in adoption for their child and negative comments will not help them nor me. (Negative comments will not receive a respond). Closed adoption preferred.
