Basic review of HUDs Guidance regarding Reentry, Housing and the Use of Criminal Records. This applies to Advocates & Housing Providers. In response to the pandemic, Southwest Fair Housing Council is offering Free Fair Housing training sessions remotely.    This overview will focus on the topic of HUDs guidance released regarding Reentry and Housing.  Questions such as:   Can't I just say 'No Formerly incarcerated persons' in my rentals?  Can I deny housing based on an arrest records?  What does Individualized Assessment mean?  All these and more will be answered. Instructor: Cheri Horbacz, SWFHC.
