Looking for long term part-time housekeeper for our home in Robins

We are a family of 4, with working parents and two teenage kids. We are looking for an honest, dependable person to help us with general housekeeping and laundry chores in our 4-bedroom home in Robins. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can help clean the house and do laundry during the week while everyone is at work or school. We are flexible and looking for someone who wants to work 4 to 5 hours per day, 2 to 3 days per week on weekdays between the hours of 8am and 1pm. We can work around your schedule but would like to find a routine schedule that works for everyone. We would prefer something like 8:30am to 12:30pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except holidays) but we would go as high as 20 hours per week for the right person if more hours are wanted. Since we are a tidy family with no pets and live in a newer home, there is a limit to the number of hours that needs to be spent every week on cleaning, organizing, and doing laundry. We think 12 to 16 hours per week would cover everything we need to get done. We are a family that is always on the move with a lot going on every week, so we definitely appreciate help with housekeeping and laundry. Responsibilities of this position would include typical household cleaning and organizing, vacuuming, dusting, emptying the dishwasher and doing laundry with occasional grocery shopping or quick errands. Our last housekeeper worked for us for more than 10 years until her children were grown and moved away to college at which point she decided to start a full-time career with a large employer in the Cedar Rapids area. We would like to find someone who can continue to help is with housekeeping and who is not just looking for a part-time job for a few months for some temporary extra income. We hope to find someone who we can help by offering a good paying part-time job that offers flexibility to work around your schedule and family obligations but who is looking for something long-term they can count on regardless of the economy or season. Hourly pay is dependent on experience and efficiency, but our target starting rate is $14/hour, paid weekly.
