We are partnering with CCSD FACES to provide families and students with the opportunity to participate with hands-on STEAM learning! Join us as we learn about STEAM, the Clark County 4-H program and the educational resources the Extension, A.D. Guy Center provides for our community! Families will be able to participate in the following activities: Fizzy foam fun - Create and observe a bubbly chemical reaction!Ice cream in a bag - Learn about nutrition, the origin of ice-cream ingredient and the science behind ice cream-making! Invisible ink - Express yourself with no judgment and have fun!Sinking objects - Explore different objects' densities and investigate which objects will float or sink!Open to families with CCSD students. This workshop is free, but registration is required. Location: Extension, A.D. Guy Knowledge Center - 817 N Street, Las Vegas, NV 89106 We are the white and blue circular building located behind the Boys and Girls Club, right off of the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Washington Avenue.
