Private small office compound in NoHo needs a part-time person to handle janitorial services to maintain offices, showroom displays and property (inside and outside). Ideal person should also be handy with tools and be able to assemble office furniture, shelving, and assist with misc. projects around building. The person we bring on must be extremely conscientious, thoughtful and careful working around the facility, while taking pride in everything they do. We can commit to 10 to 15 hours per week. Please provide three (3) references for commercial or office properties you have worked on when submitting your information.
