Accounts Administrative Assistant to our Chicago Suburban accounts. Must be proficient in word, excel, and QuickBooks
Job Duties include the following:
Heavy Volume Invoicing and data entryResponsible for accurately inputting payment (payroll) to inspectorsField and handle customer inquiries via E-Mail and phone to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, problems, or concernsSkillset needed to compose professional e-mails, correspondence, etc.Maintain inner office information sheets, i.e. phone lists, Inspector Schedule Log, Timesheets, etc.Maintain and distribute monthly Route Sheets to appropriate InspectorsManage Reception AreaResponsible for ordering and maintaining ample supply of printed material, i.e. forms, envelopes, etc.Sort and distribute incoming mail and packagesGeneral office duties including filing and miscellaneous functionsPleasant disposition to work amicably with the outside customer as well as office staff and InspectorsAbility to work in a fast-paced office environment
